Welcome to Reflect Streamline Utility Management. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with our home maintenance and protection plans, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1.⁠ ⁠Service Overview

Reflect Streamline Utility Management provides residential customers with home maintenance and protection services, including but not limited to:

  • Home Warranty Services
  • Comprehensive Appliance Coverage
  • Plumbing & Water Systems Maintenance
  • Heating, Cooling & Electrical Systems Maintenance
  • Roof & Structural Protection
  • Expert Support Services

Our services are offered under various affordable protection plans and are subject to the specific terms of each plan.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older who own or occupy residential properties. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.⁠ ⁠Service Plans and Coverage

Each protection plan outlines the specific appliances, systems, and structural components covered. You will receive a detailed Service Agreement upon enrollment that includes:

  • Covered items and limitations
  • Claim process and response time
  • Exclusions and non-covered items
  • Maximum payout limits (where applicable)

Reflect Streamline Utility Management reserves the right to modify coverage details with written notice.

4.⁠ ⁠Exclusions and Limitations

Services do not include:

  • Pre-existing conditions or known damages
  • Routine cleaning or cosmetic issues
  • Modifications to code compliance unless otherwise stated
  • Commercial-use appliances or properties
  • Damage due to negligence, misuse, or natural disasters (unless specifically covered)

Please refer to your Service Agreement for a full list of exclusions.

5.⁠ ⁠Service Calls and Claims

Customers may request service through our customer support line or online portal. Upon receiving a claim:

  • A qualified technician will be dispatched to assess and resolve the issue
  • Service fees or deductibles may apply, as detailed in your plan
  • Claims must be reported within a specified time frame from when the issue is discovered

We strive to respond to all service requests promptly, particularly in emergency situations.

6.⁠ ⁠Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during sign-up
  • Maintain your home systems in good working condition
  • Make timely payments for protection plans
  • Cooperate with service providers during inspection or repair
  • Failure to comply may result in denial of service or termination of the agreement.

7.⁠ ⁠Fees and Billing

All service plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of enrollment. Payment must be made via accepted payment methods. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or cancellation.

8.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their plan within the first 30 days for a full refund, less any claims paid. After 30 days, pro-rated refunds may be issued according to the terms in the Service Agreement. Reflect Streamline Utility Management may cancel your plan for non-payment, fraud, or material breach of terms.

9.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reflect Streamline Utility Management shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third-party contractors or parts availability
  • Failures due to misuse or neglect
  • Our liability is limited to the terms of your protection plan.

10.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Information collected during service enrollment and use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11.⁠ ⁠Modifications

Reflect Streamline Utility Management reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately unless stated otherwise. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your residence is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
